A gentleman has been married to his first wife for over thirty years and has two adult sons. The elder son is around 24 and the younger son is around 18. And according to the gentleman, if the land ownership of the first wife is not registered in the name of the gentleman, then he commits suicide and threatens the future of the first wife and sons.

Can a strict legal action be taken to solve the said problem? Where the gentleman will be severely punished and will have a fair trial ?
